These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of bright call drivers in Chennai's Website, located at brightdriverservice.in/.

The following terminology applies to these terms and conditions, the privacy statement and Disclaimer Notice and all agreements: "Client", "you" and "your" refer to you, the person logged on this website and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "our" and "Us" refer to our company. "Party", "parties", or "Us", refers to both the client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing law of Tamilnadu. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.

  • Before starting the trip, confirm with the payment methods whether it is a local or outstation trip or if it has any other extra charges.
  • Before booking, kindly read our tariff details. We set some fixed amounts for city limit areas and some drop locations. It is all based on the current scenario.
  • Before arguing with the driver about any payment issue, make sure it's confirmed with the office.
  • Don’t call the driver directly, as it seems you are taking the risk on your own. At the time, any mistake made by the driver means we are not responsible for any of the issues. It is all at your own risk only.
  • The company has the right to increase or decrease the bright driver amount from time to time for peak hours and non-peak hours. So make sure you have the correct tariff for your booking.
  • If the driver causes a problem or makes a mistake at your location, do not argue with the driver and instead immediately notify the office.
  • Don’t call the driver directly, as it seems you are taking the risk on your own. At the time, any mistake made by the driver means we are not responsible for any of the issues. It is all at your own risk only.
  • Do not leave cash or any valuable things in the possession of the drivers in their vehicles.
  • Don’t do any other work than driving, like cash dealing, any of your personal work. If any mistake or misbehaviour happens, then the company is never responsible for these cases.
  • The company, as well as the driver, do not hold any responsibility for loss, damage, and if any accident, theft, or any other type of loss occurs, the service provider will not be responsible and no liability will arise from the said loss, accident, damage, or theft.
  • If any accident or damage takes place because of our driver’s mistakes or any other reason, the service provider will support the claim by providing the concerned driver's original driving licence and contacting the concerned insurance agent through our office staff.
